  • My signature six-month coaching program is designed to handle any challenges or opportunities life throws your way. Whether it’s positive or negative, it gives us a chance to set you up for success so that you can be better prepared in the future.
  • Each body is different, and we work together to understand your own personal blueprint. I do not do diets, or any other restrictive form of eating such as counting calories. I work with my clients to create a healthy and positive relationship with food that is sustainable and adaptive.
  • Although nutrition is a foundation for our work together, I focus deeply on other lifestyle concepts that I believe are extremely important to our overall health such as spirituality, career, finances, relationships and more.
  • Our sessions are done virtually over the phone or skype. For those located in the central region of Alberta, in-person sessions are an option.
  • Twelve 50-minute bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions where we determine what is lighting you up inside, and what’s holding you back. Together, we work to figure out your body’s personal blueprint regarding nutrition and move you closer to overflowing happiness in every area of your life
  • Weekly email support during business hours throughout the 6-month program
  • Structured resources to help you achieve success and understanding throughout your journey including books, handouts, recipes, worksheets, and more
  • Complimentary access to workshops, courses or programs running during your program (in person or online)

We begin with a 50-minute Health Consultation.

During this session we discuss your goals and what’s currently lighting you up or holding you back in life. What do your relationships look like? Is your career fulfilling? What is your relationship with food? Are you experiencing happiness in your life? How do you see yourself? 

This session will take place over the phone or via skype. Should you reside in central Alberta, in-person sessions are an option.
